Rani Atta  is prepared by the processing of premium grade wheat grain with the help of  advanced techniques under the supervision of our team. it is best known for preparing chapati, roti, naan and puri.

Preparation:

Chappthi:

Add required lukewarm water, salt and 1 tea spoon of oil in rani buds atta and knead until it become a soft and smooth dough. Make balls out of the dough, use  in a chapathi press to roll them in round shape and in a hot chappthi iron plate with or without oil.

Poori:

Prepare dough as in chapathi recipe. Make small balls out of  the dough and roll in round shape. Deep fry poori  in oil.
