Meat Masala

Rani meat masala is a fair amount of flavoring spices blend to an aromatic chorus. Masala is  made up of cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, fennel, etc. North Indian garam masala includes cumin, coriander, bay leaf, etc.



Ingredients:  Coriander, Chilli, Anise seed, Turmeric, Salt, Cumin seed, Mustard, Black Pepper, Garlic, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Star Anise, Cloves, Val Chilli (Pimenta)

Rani Buds Meat Curry:

  1. Chopped meat- 1kg
  2. Rani Buds Meat Masala- 4 table spoons
  3. Big Onion sliced – 1 tea cup
  4. Coconut Oil – 2 table spoon
  5. Sliced Ginger- 1 table spoon
  6. Green Chillies – 2
  7. Curry Leaves- 2 stalks
  8. Mustard- 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt- to taste


Add Rani buds meat masala and alt to chopped meat. Rub in and leave for 10 minutes. Heat oil, crackle mustard and fry sliced onion, ginger, chilly and curry leaves till half done. Add meat and water as necessary and cook till meat is soft. Coconut milk or fried coconut paste may be added for taste.
