Ingredients: Chilli, dry ginger, mustard, garlic, fenugreek, turmeric, sugar, asafoetida, salt.
Preparation: Cut 1kg mangoes into small pieces, add 5 table spoon of Rani buds pickle powder, stir well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Saute mango mixture in gingerly oil, add little boiled water and stir well. Remove from fire. This pickle can be used the very next day itself. Pickles of gooseberry, lime, bitter ground, garlic, carrot etc. can be prepared using Rani buds pickle powder (for one packet , use 2 kg vegetable and 100gms oil. Add sufficient salt.
