How To Make Aval Mixture?
Step I : Heat the oil and add fried gram dal . Fry till it turns golden brown.
Step II : Remove the gram dal and then fry the curry leaves , cashews , peanuts,and raisins separately.
Step III : Then fry the flattened rice or poha/aval till the moisture content is over. Take it to a tissue paper.
Step IV : Add the sesame seed and allow it to splutter. Then add the required salt , red chilli and turmeric powder.
Step V : Remove all from the pan. Make sure to remove the excess oil. Mix all the fried ingredients into the pan and toss it well.
