Rice Noodles Preparation
Tapioca Starch Or Cornstarch
Add rice flour, tapioca starch, salt and water to a bowl and mix them well.
Add a teaspoon of oil, strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer into another bowl. Close the bowl and keep it for 30 minutes.
Take a large deep cooking vessel with a wide opening. Boil the water and place a cooking pan with square shape on the water.
Brush a light coating of oil on the bottom of pan. Add small amount of rice liquid on the pan after the pan is heated.
Tilt the pan for rice liquid to spread all around the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid and heat it for some time.
When the rice liquid is hardened and cooked lift the noodle sheet and place them on a cutting board.
Remember to brush a thin layer of oil on the cutting board for the noodle sheet not stick on the board.
Cut the noodle sheet in whatever shape you like and keep it in refrigerator for one or two days as they becomes harder.
Use the rice noodles, every time you want by cooking it and enjoy with other side dishes.
